‘HYTECH’ is the name associated with CNC Trainers for the past 25 years. We have supplied 1250+ INDEGENIOUS CNC TRAINERS to more than 800 Educational Institutes all over India. More than 40,000 students all over India are trained on Hytech Trainers per year.

We are proud to have signed MOU with Maruti Suzuki Capability Development Center – Manesar for Training and technology exchange in the field of CNC Machining, Hydraulic – Pneumatic Training and practical automation application and PLC training and practical automation application.

We are authorized manufacturers, exporters, dealers and suppliers of educational CNC trainer equipments & machines to ‘SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT’ OF GOVT. OF INDIA. Till date, we have established 11 CNC Skill development centers for Government of India project.

CNC Trainer machines are equipped with Servo Motor technology which is much more advanced than stepper motor based technology generally used in CNC trainer machines. Servo motors from Siemens / Mitsubishi can achieve the resolution of 1 micron and Rapid feed rate of 10,000 mm/min.

‘Hytech’ has successfully developed and manufactured indigenous ‘Flexible Manufacturing System’ based on PLC technology. Our machines can be directly converted into FMS

‘HYTECH’ has been supplying Electrohydraulic, Electropneumatic and PLC – HMI Training kits. We have supplied more than 600 Electrohydraulic and Electropneumatictrainer kits to more than 400 institutes all over India.

Our trainer kits are also working in countries such as Oman, Malaysia and Singapore.

We are proud to inform that we are also associated with Indian Skill Development Association and till date we have supplied more than 30 trainer kits to them. We have successfully established collaboration with IRAI France for their AutomSIM as well as AutomGEN software. All Hytech trainer kits can be directly operated through AutomGEN software. PLC ladder diagram can be dynamically updated as well as modified through this software.
